What if the plate can't be read?

The vehicle can be directed to the intercom, visitor lane, or the process the property chooses for exceptions.

Can visitors still get in?

Yes. Visitors can be pre-registered, sent to an intercom, or handled through the visitor-parking process.

What happens in a power outage?

The outage plan depends on the gate, life-safety requirements, and backup power available. We document the intended fail-safe behaviour before installation.

Who maintains the gate?
