Remote troubleshooting first, then a technician on site. Cabling, switches, PoE, mounts, and re-aiming are all covered under the plan's visit allowance.
Warranty handling
Verkada hardware carries a 10-year warranty. We diagnose, file the RMA, and swap the device so you don't have to.
Licence management
Renewal tracking, co-terming, and budgeting notice well ahead of expiry.
User and permission hygiene
Quarterly review of who has access, role clean-up, and SSO or two-factor enforcement.
Alert tuning
Motion zones, person and vehicle alerts, and line crossing set up so the right person gets fewer, better notifications.
Preventive visits
Scheduled lens cleaning, focus and field-of-view checks, and enclosure inspection.
Footage on request
Tell us the time and place; we find, archive, and share the clip for police, insurance, or the condo board.
