The technology behind our guards
Every KingsGuard site runs on TrackTik, a leading security workforce platform. Guards check in with GPS, scan checkpoints on patrol, and file incident reports from their phone. Every client gets portal access with real-time shift status, patrol proof, reports, schedules, and invoices, instead of a paper log you see once a month.
On sites that require them, our guards wear Axon body-worn cameras, the same platform used by police services. Footage protects residents, protects guards, resolves complaints with evidence rather than memory, and holds every interaction to the same standard.
